Woah, Cinder was full of surprises! I didn't know what to expect from this book, but woah, did it blow me away! I actually thought it would be a Cinderella re-telling, but I must admit it hasn't felt that way at all :) I couldn't predict much how the story will develop and that was pretty cool!

Cinder. God, I loved this girl. She was so funny and she always managed to stand up for herself and I really, really liked that. She was also very cool and the was a mechanic and she could practically solve any problem regarding machines. Like I said, badass.

Prince Kai. Aww, he was such a sweet heart. I really liked him. And I liked that he was really open with Cinder. He was honest.

The story Marissa Meyer created in this book was completely overwhelming. I've really enjoyed it. The concept that people could survive without some limbs and not being disabled - but actually cyborg and function properly - was super cool. The only thing I didn't like about this book was the ending - I honestly thought it ended too soon. I wish there was more :) But I guess I'll need to wait for the second book, right?

So, if you're searching for an amazing book filled with awesome characters, sweet innocent romance, greater good over evil queen Levana all wrapped in an incredible built world in the future, Cinder is the perfect book for you!

Something is wrong, her programming screamed at her. You are sick. You are ill. You are dying.
But she did not feel like she was dying.
Her body felt so hot she was surprised she didn't incinerate the fragile dress. Sweat sizzled on her blow. She felt different. Strong. Powerful.
On fire.
